1. Take a warm shower or hot bath to soften and prepare your skin for the scrub. Apply a coin size amount of Savon Noir on your body. Leave for five minutes and then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
2. Wet your kessa glove with warm water. Slowly and genly scrub your body in a back and forth motion (never in a circular motion), ask a friend, a partner of family member to help you with your back. Don’t be surprised to see spindles of grey skin fall of your skin. When skin begins to get too dry from being away from the shower water, you may feel a tightening sensation, then splash some water on your skin and the glove.
3. Rinse your skin with water and moisturise your new baby skin with a gentle body moisturiser.
