Unique to the Atlas Mountains of Eastern Morocco, rhassoul Clay has been used for over 1400 years by the Ancient Romans and Egyptians as a beauty treatment for skin and hair. Rhassoul (translation: the matter that washes).
Rhassoul clay is rich in minerals such as magnesium, silica and calcium and is remarkable for drawing out excess oils and impurities from deep within without drying your skin.
You can use rhassoul clay as a soap, skin conditioner and shampoo, scalp detoxer as well as a mask for the body and face.
How to use:
For face and scalp- use one tablespoon of Rhassoul Clay with 3 tablespoons of liquid. You can use our Mira's Hand rosewater, lukewarm water or even green tea.
For body - use three tablespoons of Rhassoul Clay with 9 tablespoons of liquid.
Apply and let air dry for 15 to 20 minutes.
I use rhassoul clay on my hair every fortnight. I’ve got naturally curly hair that tends to get oily when I grow it longer. The clay help keep it all in balance. I then use 100% Argan oil and get full bouncy curls. I love these products.
I have used the clay as a face mask twice and as shampoo once.
Every Sunday I do a self care day, and I love being able to use the clay for a variety of uses. It’s easy to apply and I found that I was surprised how well it worked for my very thick hair.
My skin feels great afterwards as well!
Love this product! Only need a tiny bit for a 3in 1 deep cleanse, gentle exfol and leave on mask! Lasts ages great on sensitive skins. Is awesome through hair as deep cleanse and scalp treat ❤
This is truly a gorgeous product. Simple to use. The glove is a wonderful addition to any at home spa ritual. I love these products a lot and Savon Noir is now a staple in my (very fussy) bathroom cabinet.
Took a couple tries to perfect the texture maybe in the future the recommended amounts could be printed on with the instructions.
